In the third month of cooperation with us, this customer found another Chinese factory to produce a batch of orders for him (the samples were designed and produced by our company) due to price reasons. This factory produced a batch of poor quality products for him, which made him unable to sell these products and lost a sum of money. With only 15 days left, he hoped that we would re-produce this batch of bulk order goods (about 5,000 pieces) for him.
It took us a total of 14 days from the time we received the order request from this customer to the completion of production, but this was completed while we worked overtime. Most importantly, we also completed three quality inspections and customized hangers with sizes, and also hung clothes of corresponding sizes on the hangers.
After this, we formally signed a strategic cooperation agreement with this customer. The customer paid us a deposit of 20,000 US dollars as a good faith deposit for cooperation. At the same time, we will design and produce samples for this customer free of charge every year. He ensured the timely payment of the deposit and the balance in the agreement, and we also provided him with better payment conditions. Since then, our cooperation amount has been increasing every year, and the current cooperation amount for a single category has exceeded 2.5 million US dollars.
