A young Japanese brand founder came to us with a clear mission: high-end evening wear for women working in Japan's premium business districts — Ginza and beyond. Elegant, classic dress silhouettes, where every design carries one key selling detail. Retail price range: JPY 39,514–55,320 (≈ USD 250–350). The starting order: 10 pieces per style, per color, across 5 sizes.
The Challenge — AI-designed sketches
このブランドのデザインは、AIで制作されています。美しいレンダリング——しかし、AIの画像には縫製の指示が書かれていません。そこで私たちは、お客様から送られる毎デザイン（正面・背面・側面の画像）を、生産のプロの視点でレビューしました。どの縫い目が実現可能か、ドレープが実際の生地でどう動くか、AIの想像力と縫製の現実がどこで出会うか。サンプルに入る前に必ず実現可能性を確認する——縫えないデザインは、最初から作らない。
The designs are created with AI. Beautiful renders — but AI images carry no sewing instructions. For every design she sent us (front, back and side views), our production team reviewed it from a manufacturing perspective: which seams are possible, how the drape behaves in real fabric, where AI imagination meets production reality. Feasibility is confirmed before any sampling — nothing gets designed that can't be sewn.
One-Stop: Sample to Bulk
お客様が送るのはデザイン画像だけ。あとはすべて私たちが担いました：パターンメイキング、モックアップ、生地調達、サンプル制作、5サイズのグレーディング、量産、輸出梱包。そして、それぞれのデザインが持つ「売りのための主役ディテール」は、量産の最後まで一切損なわれません。
What she sends us is design images only. Everything else is on us: pattern making, mock-ups, fabric sourcing, sampling, size grading across 5 sizes, bulk production and export packing. And the one selling detail that makes each design sell — it survives all the way to bulk, untouched.
