Start a Sample ProjectHow does the DSPQ process work?
DSPQ stands for Design, Sample, Production, Quality. Stage 1: Design & Tech Pack creation. Stage 2: 2-3 mock-up rounds with progress photos, final sample in correct fabric. Stage 3: Dedicated production cell, as few as 50 pieces per style. Stage 4: 3 QC inspections per garment, live model fit check, AQL 1.0-2.0.
How long does each stage take?
Design & Tech Pack: 5-7 days. Sample Development: 14-21 days for mock-ups, 28-42 days for final sample. Production: 6-10 weeks depending on volume. Quality Control runs concurrently with production and adds 3-5 days for final inspection and documentation.
What happens if the sample doesn't pass QC?
We refine through additional mock-up rounds at cost until the garment meets the standard. Our 98% first-sample approval rate means most clients are satisfied on the first final sample. All defects are documented, reworked, and re-inspected before shipping.
