Already have a design? Send it over and we'll confirm every detail with you. Don't have one yet? Tell us your idea and we'll redraw the sketches step by step until the details are right. Then share your target price or retail price range — we search fabrics to match, adjusting the design if needed to hit your number. Once price, design and fabric are confirmed, you receive a full quotation plan: FOB price, sample fee and production time. If the price works, we build the tech pack and mail it to you together with a fabric sample card, so you choose materials by hand. You cover the courier fee for the samples.
Pick your fabric from the sample card, confirm the sample fee, and we start cutting. We make two more mock-up rounds to perfect the shape and details, then finish the final sample. This is the most important stage of the whole run — it's also where we plan the bulk production method: how to sew your style efficiently at scale, and how to keep every piece in the bulk order identical to the sample you approved. Payment terms: 30% deposit to start bulk, 70% balance before shipping. Your order passes three separate quality inspections during production, and every single piece is tried on a mannequin before packing — not spot-checked, every piece. The QC record travels with your shipment, so quality is documented, not promised.

How does the production process work?
Process 1 — Tech Pack & Quotation: your design confirmed (or redrawn from your idea), your target price range locked, fabric sample cards mailed to you, then a full quotation with FOB price, sample fee and production time. Process 2 — Sample Making: two mock-up rounds to perfect shape and details, then the final sample, plus the bulk production plan. Process 3 — Bulk Production: 30% deposit and 70% balance before shipping, three quality inspections, and a mannequin try-on for every single piece.
How long does each process take?
Sketches and quotation: 3-5 days. Each sample round: 10-14 days, with two mock-up rounds before the final sample. Bulk production: 3-5 weeks from fabric arrival, depending on quantity and construction. The timeline is locked in your quotation before anything is cut.
What happens if the sample doesn't pass QC?
We refine through additional mock-up rounds at cost until the garment meets the standard. Our 98% first-sample approval rate means most clients are satisfied on the first final sample. All defects are documented, reworked, and re-inspected before shipping.
