After you contact us, please first send the design sketches, product photos or a simplified tech pack for the styles you want to produce. You do not need lengthy descriptions — what we need is:

1. Design sketches or a tech pack with real reference photos of the intended effect
2. Fabric construction and trims details — for example, how many layers of fabric, whether to add bones, whether to add foam cups, and so on
3. Real reference photos of the actual effect you expect — if your design has pleats or draping, please attach reference photos showing the real effect

Please always provide your planned retail price range or your target cost. Everyone defines high-end quality differently: even the same fibre composition comes in different quality grades, and the same design can follow different production plans — this affects the labour cost, fabric cost and everything invested in production.

We provide FOB price (USD / 1 pc), which includes:

1. Fabric and accessories
2. Production
3. Our quality inspection process
4. Common packaging — labels, size labels, washing labels, hang tags, transparent packaging bags, waterproof bags, carton boxes

The FOB price does not include shipping.

Based on the design details confirmed with you in Stage 1 and your target price or retail range from Stage 2, we spend 3–4 working days on real costing. We do not estimate prices by glancing at pictures — we run a real production plan for your design: calculating the true fabric usage and wastage, the real production cost and the labour cost. This is our genuinely professional costing process; a quote cannot be given instantly just from photos.

An honest note: providing a target price does not guarantee we can fit exactly inside it. Many factors affect the quote — a single detail may change the production method and production efficiency; the behaviour of a fabric may affect production. These only surface during real costing. But we will do our best to keep the price within your budget.

After the costing process, we provide a detailed quotation plan, including bulk order prices at two different quantities (FOB price USD / 1 pc or set) and the sample fee. Once the quotation plan is confirmed, we move to Stage 5 — the sample order.

If our quote exceeds your target range but you value our service and quality and still wish to work with us, we will try small adjustments to the details to reduce the cost and get as close to your ideal budget as possible.

Once the sample fee is confirmed and paid, we start the sample order. To make sure the fabric we choose is fabric you approve of, we also calculate — on top of the sample fee — the courier cost of a fabric sample card: while your samples are in production, we collect high-end fabric swatch cards that match your design and fit the quoted budget. When the cards are ready we courier them to you — by the time they arrive, the first mock-up is usually just completed, so you can review the mock-up and confirm the final sample fabric from the swatch cards at the same time. This makes the fabric choice bulletproof.

2. Paper toile on the mannequin — the base shape checked before any fabric is cut
3. Mock-up I — in similar fabric, wear-tested
4. Mock-up II — the one you see and approve
5. Mock-up III — only if round two needs changes; otherwise straight ahead
6. The final sample — cut in your correct fabric
7. The PP sample — free of charge, the benchmark for bulk

While the samples are being made, we prepare the complete bulk-production plan in advance — usually by the time the final sample is finished, the whole production plan is done, because only during sampling can we test which production method (sewing order, for example) suits the design best.

If you are in China, or would like to come during sampling to try on the mock-up, we recommend visiting right after the first mock-up is completed: we record your fit feedback and the effect on the spot. If few adjustments are needed, we go straight to the final sample and try to let you take it home before you leave China; if more are needed, we make another mock-up and invite you again — depending on your schedule. Every client is welcome: in our experience, samples completed this way usually turn out perfect.

After you receive the final sample and approve it for bulk, we start production once the 30% deposit is paid. Two confirmations come first:

1. Labels & packing — confirm the designs of labels, washing labels and hang tags, and the packing method
2. Size chart — we complete the grading in-house and send you the garment measurement sheet. Please check the grade rules carefully: garment length, bust, waist, hip — every measurement detail

1. Fabric & trims inspection — if we buy 100 m of fabric, all 100 m are machine-inspected for flaws and stains; likewise every button is checked, whether 200 or 2,000
2. Fabric resting — fabric is released from the roll and laid flat to rest 24–48 hours (depending on fabric type) so it recovers from transport tension. Most factories skip this step; skipping it causes deformation and inconsistent measurements later
3. Pressing & cutting — the fabric is fully pressed, laid on the cutting table, cut, and pieces are distributed to the production team
4. Production — the team sews per the production plan prepared during sampling, and every joined piece is pressed as it goes — a critical step most factories cut to save labour cost, which is why their bulk looks different from the sample
5. Half-garment try-on (conditional) — an extra fit checkpoint exclusively for our Accessible Luxury tier: after the pieces are joined and pressed, the half-finished garment is tried on to check the effect
6. Full-garment try-on + measurement + 3 QC inspections — every finished garment is tried on a mannequin of the matching size to check shape and measurements, with problems fixed immediately; then 3 inspections by 3 separate teams before packing. You may also send your own QC team to inspect at our company — if they find issues, we fix them on the spot before packing
7. Packing — hang tags attached, labels and washing labels checked for mis-sewing or missing pieces; cartons packed to shipping requirements
8. 70% balance & shipping — once the balance is paid and confirmed by our finance team, we arrange the freight forwarder, or you nominate yours; if we arrange shipping, the freight cost is collected together with the balance
