Can your factory match the beading on my existing sample exactly?

Yes, if you send the garment or a high-resolution photo with the bead type named. We seal a density sample first — bead size, spacing, stitch density and anchor — and you approve it before bulk. Every stone is double-anchored and pull-tested at 8N on 10 percent of the run, so the shedding that breaks decorated pieces is caught before shipment.

What stitch density do you use for silk embroidery?

Twelve to fourteen stitches per centimetre for silk and most luxury grounds, with the digitising re-run for each fabric because charmeuse and crepe behave differently. We seal the thread colour against the final fabric under daylight and shop light. Hand accents — crystal cuffs and couched edges — are quoted per garment after the density sample.

Do you hand-finish hems on silk gowns, or machine?

On silk and evening work we hand-roll hems at 2 to 3 millimetres when the retail price supports it, and the process is written into the tech pack so bulk cannot quietly downgrade to machine. Every decorated garment is inspected three times against the sealed sample. Ask which processes are hand-worked before you approve — the answer belongs in writing.

What is your lead time from sample approval to shipment?

Bulk production runs 6 to 10 weeks after fabric confirmation, then air freight takes 5 to 8 days to the Gulf, the UK or the US. A first order normally needs 8 to 12 weeks in total because it includes two to three mock-up rounds and a sealed sample. We track node dates — fabric, cutting, sewing, finishing, inspection — so you always know which stage the order is on.

Can I pay in instalments tied to production milestones?

Yes — typically 30 percent deposit, 40 percent at fabric confirmation or production start, and 30 percent before shipment. Every milestone is tied to a document: fabric test reports, inline inspection photos and the final inspection report with numbers. You never pay the last instalment against a promise — you pay against evidence.

Are you a low MOQ clothing manufacturer for small fashion brands?

Yes — that is the whole point of us. We are a low MOQ clothing manufacturer for small fashion brands, running 30–50 pieces per style when most factories want 300. Minimum order value is $1,500. We are not the cheapest per piece, and we will say so up front.

Can you be the garment manufacturer for my startup fashion brand?

We can. As a garment manufacturer for startup fashion brand clients, we expect your first run to be messy — the tech pack incomplete, the fabric undecided. Send what you have. We will tell you what is missing before you pay anything.

Do you work as a small batch clothing manufacturer for independent designers?

That is most of our book. We work as a small batch clothing manufacturer for independent designers doing 30 to 1,000 pieces a season. You get a dedicated production cell, not a slot on a shared line.

Are you a luxury garment manufacturer with low minimums?

Yes. Being a luxury garment manufacturer with low minimums is an unusual combination, and it costs us margin — 30 pieces of a lined blazer takes nearly as much line time as 100. Retail prices of our clients sit at $500–$2,000.

Is there a garment manufacturer that accepts small orders like mine?

Fewer than you would think. We are a garment manufacturer that accepts small orders — 30 pieces per style, 2–3 mock-up rounds, no 500-piece gate. If you have been turned down twice already, that is usually why you are here.

How to find a low MOQ clothing manufacturer you can trust?

Ask for three things: a live video walk of the floor, a QC report from a current order, and the name of a client you can email. Anyone can advertise low minimums. Fewer can show you a sewing line running 30 pieces.

Is private label possible from a clothing manufacturer at low MOQ?

It is, at 50 pieces and up. As a private label clothing manufacturer at low MOQ, we sew your labels, hangtags and polybags into the run. Below 50 pieces the label MOQ from the trim supplier usually costs more than the labels themselves — we will tell you when that happens.

Do you work as a clothing manufacturer with a 50 piece minimum?

Yes. A 50 piece minimum clothing manufacturer is what most first-time clients need — enough to cover setup, small enough that a wrong call does not sink you. Our floor is 30 pieces per style.

Do you handle low MOQ cut and sew production in-house?

All of it. We are a low MOQ cut and sew manufacturer — cutting, sewing, pressing and packing happen in our own Guangzhou workshop. Nothing goes to a subcontractor, because that is where quality quietly dies.

Can you produce womenswear as a low MOQ manufacturer?

Womenswear is most of what we make. As a low MOQ womenswear manufacturer we handle dresses, blazers, suit sets, skirts and evening wear at 30–50 pieces. Structured tailoring takes longer to sample than jersey — budget an extra week.

Is small batch luxury clothing production worth the unit cost?

Only if you are selling at a price that absorbs it. Small batch luxury clothing production runs 15–30% higher per piece than a 500-piece run. What you buy back is cash flow, and the option to be wrong cheaply.

Do you run small batch production for emerging designers?

Yes. We run small batch production for emerging designers who are pre-revenue or on their second season. About half of them come to us after a large order went wrong somewhere else.

Can you be my designer clothing manufacturer for small quantities?

We can. As a designer clothing manufacturer for small quantities, we work from a sketch, a tech pack, or a sample you already own. Hand-finishing and hand-embroidery are what our workshop is known for.

Are you a high end clothing manufacturer or a mid-market factory?

High end. As a high end clothing manufacturer we hold AQL 1.0–2.0, run three inspections per garment, and turn down work we cannot finish properly. We are not set up to chase $8 unit prices.

Do you handle small run clothing production for capsules?

Yes — capsules suit us well. We handle small run clothing production for capsule collections of 3 to 8 styles at 30–50 pieces each. One marker plan across the whole capsule usually saves you 8–12% on fabric.

Are you a premium garment manufacturer or a volume factory?

Premium. We are a premium garment manufacturer with roughly 40 people and a capacity near 8,000 pieces a month. A factory running 100,000 a month is not going to give your 40 pieces much attention.

Is your Guangzhou clothing factory your own or outsourced?

Our own. Our Guangzhou clothing factory has run since 2016 — about 40 people, and you are welcome to walk the floor over video any working day. Trading companies cannot offer that, which is the fastest way to tell us apart.

Do you work as a custom clothing manufacturer at low MOQ?

Yes. As a custom clothing manufacturer at low MOQ we develop from your own patterns, sketches, or a sample you send. Custom work at 30 pieces means development cost is spread thin — we show you that number before you commit.

Are you an apparel manufacturer too, or only garments?

Same thing, different word. We are an apparel manufacturer — woven fabrics, cut and sew, with embroidery and embellishment done in-house. We do not make shoes, bags, or knit-to-shape sweaters.

Do you take low minimum clothing manufacturer orders?

We do. Low minimum clothing manufacturer orders start at 30 pieces per style with a $1,500 order value. Below that the setup cost per piece stops making sense for either of us, and we will tell you straight.

Are you a low minimum order quantity garment factory in China?

Yes. Finding a low minimum order quantity garment factory China is not easy, because most floors here are built around 500-piece runs. We run 30–50 pieces per style from Guangzhou, on our own floor since 2016.

Which garment types actually work at a 30-piece MOQ, and which need a bigger run?

Cut-and-sew in silk, wool, cupro and linen from stock cloth, machine embroidery, digital and screen print, and hand accents all run well at 30 pieces. Custom jacquard needs 800 to 1,500 metres of mill cloth, custom-dyed stretch wools run from about 600 metres, and custom metal buttons start near 1,000 pieces. We tell you which category your style sits in before we quote, not after.

Why can your factory do MOQ 30 when most factories quote 300 pieces?

Our floor is built for it: about 40 people running 30–150 pieces per style since 2016, with multi-skill operators instead of one long production line. We cut one marker for the whole run and batch styles that share fabric, which keeps setup costs down. Below 50 pieces there is still a per-unit premium, and we print it as its own line so you see it.

Do the samples and pattern work count toward my MOQ 30?

No. Sampling is quoted separately at roughly USD 150 to 400 per style and is credited against your production invoice when you confirm. Pattern, grading and mock-up work are part of development, not the 30-piece minimum. You only pay for the 30 pieces of bulk when you approve the sealed sample.

Can I run one style as a monthly 30-piece reorder instead of one big buy?

Yes. Several of our clients reorder 30 to 50 pieces of a proven style every month rather than betting on one large run. The pattern, grading and seal stay on file, so reorders skip most of the development time and cost. Shipping every month costs more than one consolidated carton, so we usually suggest combining two months when sell-through allows it.
