UP Fashion is a premium fashion manufacturer for independent brands and boutique labels. Premium fashion manufacturing here means a written specification, three quality inspections per garment and fabrics chosen to survive a boutique price tag — at MOQ 30–50 pieces per style.
Premium starts with a written spec: tolerances per size, fabric weight and composition, stitch density — agreed before cutting, not argued after delivery.
Silk charmeuse, duchesse satin, cupro, TR suiting, linen blends — premium-tier wovens sourced to your price point from mills we already vet.
3 inspections per garment to AQL 1.0–2.0, mannequin try-on on every piece, video-documented packing.
Clients retail at $250–$1,000. Premium is not the cheapest quote in Guangzhou — it is the one that survives a boutique return policy.
Every quote says "good quality". The difference between a budget factory and a premium fashion manufacturer is what gets measured: shoulder increments verified at 0.5 cm per size, dye lots spectro-checked at Delta E 0.8 under three light sources, bead anchors pull-tested at 8N, each garment tried on a mannequin before packing. Those checks run on our floor on every order — 50 pieces or 1,000. A budget quote skips them; that is where the price difference lives.
Dresses — including beaded evening pieces — structured blazers and suit sets, jumpsuits, skirts and tops, and light outerwear. Full-package FOB runs from your sketch or tech pack to export cartons: pattern making, grading, fabric sourcing, two to three mock-up rounds, bulk production with three inspections, pressing and packing with your labels. We do not make knitwear, wool coats, heavy outerwear or down, and we do not take hand-beaded projects — machine embroidery is our strength.
Premium production has a floor: MOQ 30–50 pieces per style, a minimum order value of $1,500, and a small per-unit premium below 50 pieces per style because setup is fixed. If your goal is the lowest unit price in Guangzhou, we are not the right factory — and we will say so on the first call. What you get instead is a locked plan: fixed spec, fixed price, fixed timeline.
What is a premium fashion manufacturer?
A factory that builds to an explicit specification — tolerances per size, fabric weight and composition, stitch density agreed before cutting — and proves it with three inspections per garment to AQL 1.0–2.0, mannequin try-on on every piece and video-documented packing. UP Fashion is one: MOQ 30–50 pieces per style, clients retailing at $250–$1,000.
What does premium fashion manufacturing include?
Full-package FOB: pattern making and grading, fabric and trims sourcing, two to three mock-up rounds, bulk production, three quality inspections, pressing, packing with your labels and export documents. You handle brand and sales; the factory handles everything between sketch and shipped cartons.
How is premium different from high-end or luxury?
They overlap, and the same floor can run all three tiers — we grade quality in three levels. Premium describes the tier above mid-market: better fabrics, tighter QC, finishes that survive a boutique price tag. High end describes the production standard itself. True luxury adds hand work and rare materials — our luxury tier covers silk and hand-guided embroidery.
What MOQ applies for premium production?
30–50 pieces per style, per colour. Sizes mix within one colour at no extra cost. The minimum order value is $1,500, and below 50 pieces per style a small per-unit premium applies, because setup is fixed.
