UP Fashion is a cut and sew manufacturer for premium woven brands — viscose, polyester, linen, cotton-linen, satin, rayon and TR suiting. The details that never reach a quote are the ones we build into the plan.
Rest 48 hours off the roll before cutting — mill tension stretches the length, and nobody notices until the customer does.
One-way markers on directional fabrics, even at +8% consumption — mixed directions turn every seam into a shade line.
Special methods recorded per position, so bulk cannot drift from the approved sample.
AQL 1.0–2.0, three inspections, mannequin try-on on every piece, video-documented packing.
Cut, make and trim if you supply everything — or full-package FOB where we source fabric, develop the pattern, produce, inspect and export. Solo founders almost always choose full package; established brands with their own mills often bring CMT work. Both get the same floor and the same inspection standard.
A Saudi client's previous factory cut straight off the roll and delivered one size in several different lengths — the batch died at the customer. A Warsaw client's blazers came back with front and side panels in two different shades, because the marker ran in mixed directions. A French label's viscose hems drooped because nobody hung the panels before hemming. None of these failures show up in a quote. All of them are planned out of our production before the first cut.
Viscose and rayon, polyester blends, linen and cotton-linen, satin, TR suiting — premium wovens for brands retailing at $250–$1,000. We do not make knitwear, wool coats, heavy outerwear or hand-beaded pieces, and we will say so early.
Do you accept customer-supplied fabric (CMT)?
Yes. We inspect the fabric at intake by weight and burn test against your sealed sample, then cut and sew with the same three-inspection standard as full-package work.
What does cut and sew cost at MOQ 30?
It depends on construction, not just fabric. Share your target price or retail range and we reverse-engineer the garment to hit it — or tell you straight if the target is not realistic.
How do you keep bulk identical to the sample?
Every special sewing method is recorded position by position during sampling, the fabric is relaxed before cutting, and first pieces per size are checked against the sealed sample before the size runs.
What fabrics do you work with?
Viscose, rayon, polyester blends, linen, cotton-linen, satin and TR suiting — premium wovens. Knitwear, wool coats and down are not our line.
