Our MOQ is 30–50 pieces per style, per color, with 3 sizes mixed inside one color. That means one design in one colorway, split across three sizes, starting at 30 pieces. Two colors of the same design are two runs of 30 pieces each — because each colorway is cut, sewn and inspected as its own production flow.
If you want to go under the floor — for example 10 pieces per style, per color, 3 sizes — we can do it. The garment will simply cost more per piece, and here is the honest reason: pattern making, grading, marking and line setup are fixed costs. Spread over 30 pieces they are barely visible; concentrated on 10, they raise the unit price by real amounts. You are not paying a penalty — you are carrying a larger share of the same setup.
The 30-piece floor is not about protecting our margin — it is about protecting the garment. Below a certain quantity, the factories that say yes are usually the factories that quietly skip the mock-up rounds, the fabric relaxation, or two of the three inspections. Our answer is different: the same 2–3 mock-up rounds, the same three inspections to AQL 1.0–2.0, the same mannequin try-on on every single piece — at 30 pieces, at 10, or at 300. Why is your MOQ 30 and not lower?
Because below a certain quantity, keeping the real quality disciplines — mock-up rounds, fabric relaxation, three inspections — stops making economic sense for most factories, and the ones that accept it usually skip them silently. Our 30-piece floor is the lowest quantity at which we can hold every standard.
